DELIVERY & PICKUP – The standard delivery/pickup fee is for door-to-door drop off service. If delivery/pickup is to be made to a specific floor or area more than 30 feet from the delivery vehicles, additional labour charges may be incurred. All items must be returned to the drop off area and ready for pickup. Tables and chairs should be stacked. Linens should be placed in the linen bags provided (not in plastic). Dishes/cutlery should be returned rinsed to the appropriate containers that they arrived in.
SITE VISIT AND CONSULTATION – Fab Hospitality provide site visits and consultation for your event rentals at no additional charges.Conducting home consultations enables you to accurately assess the event or rental space, taking into account factors such as size, layout, and logistical considerations. This information is crucial for providing accurate quotes, suggesting appropriate equipment or services, and ensuring a smooth execution of their event or rental needs.
SETUP AND TAKE DOWN – Offering setup and takedown services can save clients time and effort, allowing them to focus on other aspects of their event or rental experience. By handling the setup and takedown, you ensure that everything is properly installed and dismantled, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience for your customers.
